Cub Scout Application Form

To join, you will need to complete one copy of the Cub Scout Application Form for each boy, only in his first year in Cub Scouting:

1. Complete the application (don't forget to sign your name).
2. Give the completed application and dues to the Cubmaster or your Den Leader. The amount of dues depends on the month joining, on whether subscribing to the Boy's Life magazine and on whether the scout is a Tiger Cub Scout.

• Signature of unit leader
• Registration fee
• Boy's Life fee
