Thanks for volunteering and welcome! If you have just accepted a leadership position in Pack 91, you will need to complete an Adult Application and a CORI Form and give both to the Cubmaster or Committee Chair.

• Adult Application - Print and complete this form.
• CORI Form - Print and complete this form to authorize the background check legally required for people working with children.

Relax. The Boy Scouts of America is about the most organized organization around. As you will see, the BSA provides all sorts of help and resources to you.
